About your instructor
I’ve been helping founders and CEOs figure out their strategies for a decade, and wrote the bestselling book, No Bullshit Strategy.
But my background isn’t typical for strategy.
I have no MBA. No PHD. No corporate background.

With all plans, the materials you get are yours to keep forever. The only elements which are time limited to 3 months are found on the Guided and Elite plans:
– The AI coach
– Community access
– Group calls
– Feedback from Alex
Elite members do have the option to continue their membership after the 3 months is up for a reduced cost of $175 a month.
Roughly speaking I would say:
Solo: for non-founders (e.g. strategists), people who are looking to upskill, and people who are dabbling with a new business idea but don’t have traction yet.
Guided: for small business owners and early founders who are earning some money but want to find a path to scale. Think under $100k turnover.
Elite: for founders of businesses with good traction who are serious about growing and making a dent on their industry. Think $200k to $2m turnover.
Note founders of brands with above $2m turnover might be better served with a 1-on-1

The AI coach has been meticulously trained on Alex’s No Bullshit Strategy methodology, meaning it can carry you through the system at incredible speed, adding in new ideas, angles, and feedback where necessary.
It is not there to tell you what strategy to do. Only you can decide that. It is there to take your thinking and transform it into strategic shape.

Yes, users of both the Solo and Guided tiers are able to upgrade at any time, simply by clicking on the locked spaces within the system and following the prompts.
Solo: none, this is Alex’s systems, your brain.
Guided: you can submit your strategy when the time is right for a 15 minute recorded analysis by Alex, building-on, correcting, and improving your work.
Elite: you are able to submit unlimited questions and join intimate group calls with Alex throughout the membership period. You also get a 1-on-1 live feedback session at a time of your choosing.

The Elite group is all about developing strategy for a specific business, so if you don’t have one, then you wouldn’t get great value from it. However if you are something like a CSO for a larger organisation, and so are still working on a specific strategy despite not being a founder, then yes, you can join.
Like anything, you’ll get out what you put in.
However to give you a bit of a steer, there are about 4.5 hours worth of video modules on the base course curriculum, and if you are in the Elite group you should try and attend at least one hour-long call a week.
As for the actual strategy work itself, if you are using the AI coach on Guided or Elite, it’s reasonable to expect to crack your strategy very quickly – perhaps in just one or two sittings.
It’s called “Shortcut” for a reason.
